Supporting charities
The EA Foundation was created to support national and local charitable organisations and communities to make inclusion a reality at every level of our society.
The EA Foundation is integral to our vision of EA Inclusion as an ethical and caring business.
Local charities
We focus on supporting grassroots charities which help local communities with a connection
to our colleagues. We also support our clients’ fundraising and welcome involvement
and donations from clients to support our chosen charities.
Through our Charity of the Year, Christmas donations, sponsorship and bursaries
we have donated £40,000 since we initiated our Foundation in 2021.
Bursary scheme
We aim to provide a bursary opportunity for charities to participate in Diversity and Training Programmes.
Distinctive Learning offer the Inclusion Practitioner Programme, where participants will learn the
tools and techniques to ensure that their organisation can maximise the impact of Diversity and Inclusion
in the workplace and prepare their business for the future by harnessing the power of inclusive culture.
We would like to offer third sector organisations the opportunity to nominate
a person within your organisation to gain a free place on this prestigious and impactful programme.
