Triton, an investment firm, recognised the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion (D&I) across its investment companies and sought help to implement it.


Triton engaged EA Inclusion to develop a comprehensive program of initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, as well as inclusive leadership. The program included conducting audits and providing education on topics related to inclusive leadership. With face-to-face and online interactive sessions, knowledge and skills were transferred from mentors to participants, enhancing their understanding of D&I principles and empowering them to lead by example.


The inclusive leadership training delivered by EA covered essential topics that promote a growth mindset for embedding change and influencing culture. Triton's commitment to implementing these initiatives has resulted in a more inclusive work environment and has had a positive impact on organisational culture across its investment companies.
