Fidelity International recognised the importance of fostering an inclusive workplace through inclusive recruitment practices and inclusive leadership. However, they faced challenges in implementing these initiatives effectively.

Problem

Fidelity International partnered with EA Inclusion to design and deliver a series of comprehensive programmes focused on inclusive recruitment and leadership. We conducted an audit of the organisation's recruitment process to identify areas for improvement and deliver tailored training programmes. The training covered essential objectives, from addressing unconscious bias and bias hotspots to defining inclusive leadership behaviours.

Solution

The partnership resulted in successful virtual inclusive leadership training delivered across multiple time zones. This program has fostered a more diverse and inclusive work environment, equipping participants to challenge bias, promote inclusivity, and exhibit inclusive leadership behaviours in their roles.
